I am seriously considering it, even though I know I won't finish. I've never signed up, and I'm feeling deprived of creative activity that doesn't involve teenagers.

I was going to suggest that you try it, actually, because you ARE quite verbose, and you have a great imagination. I wasn't sure if your job would allow for it, but I still think you might want to give it a shot. I'd really like to see something by you, and of course even if you don't make 50,000 you'd have more than you started with, right?
