. . . I once was in a bookstore when I suddenly got the sensation I was an RPG and there was a quest I needed to go on. When I got out of there I realised it was because there was a busker playing 'Eyes on Me' on a ukelele. Most surreal experience of my life. Well, except for that time with the flying saucer.
The school nurse's cell phone plays the Chocobo song. Eyes on Me can be found on just about any CD compliation of Love Songs.
But the weirdest has to be anime music played as BGM on TV. And I feel horribly geeky for recognizing it. Like the time they used music from the 1st CCS movie for a news story about Hong Kong. Or when they used Cowboy Bebop music on a Variety show.
