This weekend was very good, if tiring.  Saturday I went up to Lansing to see the tribute concert for vengeful_god 's dad.  It was very cool.  Especially the original piece, Providence.  It was almost a shame to be there for the premier of it, because it meant there were no CD's you could buy.  It was excellent seeing vengeful_god again, I think it's been 3 years?

And, even on top of that I got to see twigcollins , exgentlemen and Joe.  AND I finally met vp_renard , who was excellently cool with vibrant hair and wit and seething hate for bad fiction.  So there was a whole plethora of seeing people.  The best kind of plethora. 

Then on Sunday I went off with my mom to a rubber stamping party.....what?  What's that look for?  It was fun.  I didn't buy much, but I did buy some Christmas stamps so I can make my own Christmas Cards this year.  

Both going to Lansing, and up to the party were pretty long drives on the highway.  And I mean that in both ways...the foliage was gorgeous.  I love Fall in America.

No, no, not at all. It was meant to be a compliment. Like I said, either get me going on 102 Dalmations, or Mercedes Lackey. As Twig, I tend to froth at the mouth about those.
