OK weather, you seriously need to calm down. Between the tornadoes and earthquakes and floods and, well, everything else. I'm starting to feel like we're flees that the earth is trying to shake off.
The wind was getting nasty yesterday, so I decided to turn off the computer. But before I could even say goodbye to the people I was chatting with the power went out. The power goes out a lot in St. Marys so I wasn't really worried. But the storm was pretty heavy so I called mom to have HER check the weather. It was pretty nasty. She advised me to go hide in the bathtub with a flashlight and a pillow.
Five minutes later Mom calls back...
Mom: Are you in the bathtub?
Me: No.
Mom: Aaaann!
Me: It's dirty! I don't want ring around the pillow.
Mom: Well go scrub it out.
Me: I'm not scrubbing it out in the middle of a thunderstorm!
And then the power came back and the storm stopped almost completely. Yay!
