Plz Die. Kthx.

Look, the movie DOES NOT EXIST in Japan. I haven't seen it since I was like 9 and I'm not ordering it off of amazon to test whether I like it or not. And the rest of the world isn't helping, by having two seperate groups of people bring up the movie totally unprompted by me.

And without seeing the movie I will CERTAINLY not write Groundhog's day themed fanfic where Jareth has one day to make Sarah fall with him, but can luckily keep re-ordering time until he gets it right. I won't do it.

'80's fantasy movie with David Bowie making Gackt eat his heart out. I stumbled across a fic while I was bored and it was good, making me want to watch the movie. So I went to the rental place, and they didn't have it. And I got on amazon.co.jp and it doesn't exist in Japan.

oh yes it does

Oh definitely. Be warned, it's a very 'Love it or Hate it' movie. A love of Jim Henson helps a lot. So does a love of David Bowie, but not if you love him for his music.
