I'd love to pretend that I'm above all this celebrity nonsense. But...totally not. Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt named their baby SHILOH!? They named their child after a Beagle/Civil War battle? However, I have to admit that it's still not as bad as Nicholas Cage naming his son after Superman. Poor little Kal-El is sure to get the snot kicked out of him.

Although when you think about it, it's oddly apt-- Shiloh was the bloodiest battle of the Civil war before Antietam, and the one that really set up the Civil war as more than a couple states fucking around with each other. Kind of sums up this whole clusterfuck of a media frenzy over the birth.
