they have Ginger flavored Sprite here. I love Hong Kong. And when I finish this can I'm going to try the Starfruit Fanta.

Today I went to the Hong Kong Museum of Art where they had an exhibit of Gold and Jade that was mouthwateringly pretty. There was another really neat exhibit based on the Five Chinese elements, so they divided the exhibit into lacquer, porcelain, wood, bamboo and bronze.

Later I caught the ferry across the bay to Hong Kong Island. I was following the signs to the Peak tram, and stumbled across the St. John Cathedral, which was very pretty. Then I did get to the tram that goes up to the top of the peak where you can see all of Hong Kong.

Let me tell you, the trolley ride is very cool, but kind of unnerving if you don't like hights like me. I love rollercoasters, but the thing I hate is the ride to the top. Which of course was just like the tram. Then the way down you're headed backwards, which brought back childhood memories of sledding where I always ended up going backwards no matter what I did.

The view was spectacular. I'll be sure to post pictures when I make it back to Japan. I got there early enough to get some daytime photos. Then I hung around and did some shopping, caught some dinner at a Chinese fast food chain, and then went back for some pictures at night.

While I was shopping I met a very nice, very cute British Indian guy who was working at a gift shop. I even managed to work up the nerve to hit on him a little. If my fortune telling is correct I'll have to come back when I'm 28 and see if he's still there. He WAS tall dark and handsome after all
