Democracy Inaction
Oct. 5th, 2004 09:03 amOne of the nice things about being back home (both in America and at my parents house) is that I can watch the Daily Show now. Love the Daily Show. Last night they had on Nobel Peace Prize winning Archbishop Desmond Tutu. Who just seemed like the sweetest man. And to John Steward's credit, all the jokes he used in the interview were very gentle. And the Archbishop has the greatest giggle.
Stewart: I do believe you are the nicest man I've ever met in my entire life. I'm nominating you for another Peace Prize.
Archibishop Tutu: You know the nice thing about my complexion? No one can see me blush.
Anyway. In case you didn't get this off of MacHall. I thought I ought to point you towards this article. Veddy Interesting.
