ARRRRGH!!!!!!!

kaitouMy computer is broken again. I say again, even though it's a first for this particular computer. But it does make twice in 6 months. Luckily this means that I don't have much to lose on this laptop, even more luckily Dad has all the photos we both took on our tour of Japan. Unluckily I had just downloaded about 400 fonts for Photoshop Fun (how very alleterative of me).
I talked to the English tech support in Hong Kong, which was very hard to understand. They told me to call the Japanese tech support people instead, which of course, was in Japanese. Low and behold they were actually EASIER to understand. Either I'm getting more fluent, or global english needs work. So now the nice people from VAIO are going to come pick up my laptop tonight and cart it away for repairs. Hopefully it will be back and in good working order soon. Please God, Please. I'm very glad I managed to convince the tech support guy that I DID have a Japan Tourist Model and not an Asian Model VAIO and I didn't have to ship it to Singapore.
So this is why I won't be on for awhile. I hope I will be back soon, and I'll get on from the school computer when I can. (I'm trying not to remind myself that I now have keys to the school and if I want to spend Saturday evening surfing the net I could just let myself in. That's just WAY too lame.)
So pity me all alone in the mountains without internet, DVD or Stargate fanfiction. After a week of no internet due to travel, getting back and still not having it is hell.
P.S. Pity me even more because LJ ate this post the first time and I had to write it again.
