Ah, I was going to send this in email anyway, but here's the vid of the Complete History of the Soviet Union as set to the melody of Tetris. Obvious, right? Except done really well!

Cake Wrecks is almost always a sure bet for laughs, but I found this post in particular awesome for even more geeky references than usual. Also, Katie the Star Wars Girl in a Princess Leia 'do knitted cap. D'awwwww.

This guy performs all kinds of songs with ASL, and it's pretty awesome.

Also, you are awesome! And we get to see you soon, which is also awesome. And the movie we're bringing has a short Bollywood number, so you see, the awesomometer is kinda skyrocketing.

EDIT: Oooh, and I forgot this one. The season's past, but this fellow's subconscious debates Halloween costumes to the tune of The Very Model of a Modern Major General. Some of his movies-in-30-seconds type stuff is pretty good, too.

I've been catching up on episodes of "The Daily Show" I missed when I couldn't be bothered to go turn on the TV, and Wednesday's was just as unrepentantly silly as I've seen it in a long time.
