1. When I started shipping them

Probably episode 4, when Muroi goes to the trouble of trying to recruit Aoshima onto his team. Though possibly during episode 2 when Muroi says they'd make a good 'combi.'

2. What I think their challenge is

The Career / Non Career thing, I think will keep pushing them into conflict.

3. What makes me happy about them

The way they inspire each other and make each other better. And the way Aoshima constantly, constantly frustrates Muroi.

4. What makes me sad about them

I think Aoshima expects too much sometimes, and puts Muroi in impossible situations.

5. What moment I wish had never happened

I think the transition between the end of the TV show with the 1st special, where it seems clear that they never did have that dinner together. Or at least, that Muroi hasn't kept tabs with Aoshima all this time.

6. Who I'd be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other

Well, you know how I feel about that

XD Yeah, we were just talking about that. The thing is that for any fandom that we DO share, the answer to 'When did you start shipping them?' is 'When Flidget told me to.'

That I did! But, as we're discussing on IM, you can't really talk about when you started to slash a pairing when it's trying so hard to slash itself.

We ourselves have only watched the first few eps. The dynamics were getting a bit muddy since they were trying to establish the traditional het pairings but also keep the slashy undertones.

Mind, it makes it kinda difficult because Gwen and Morgana are nice girls who don't deserve emotional infidelity (NOTE: femmeslash elements ALSO still going strong so this was a problem both ways).
