Boss on phone: Well, I've learned if you give americans donuts they'll work harder.
Me to Production Control guy: I think I've just been insulted.
PC guy: LOL.
*boss hangs up*
Me: So Americans will do anything for donuts?
Boss: I didn't mean you, I meant people in the plant.
Me: You didn't say that, you said 'Americans'
Boss: I'm sorry.
Me: You know, that really hurts my feelings. I'm crushed. I don't feel like working anymore. (Pause) Buy me a donut? Maybe I'll feel better.
PC guy: LOL
