Well, I figured that the new job would probably be a lot like the current one. Good to know that ditzyness is a universal constant. One of the mega awesome things about the new job is that they pay to move you, and not like, they'll reimburse your u-haul fees, but like...they'll pay for hotel rooms while you search, hook you up with a realtor, and help you with a down payment, sort of awesome. But before that can happen, the company has to actually contact them and let them know that there's a new employee. Which the HR manager at the new company has completely forgotten to do. They should have contacted me by Wednesday, which would have been nice since I'm apartment hunting htis weekend & Monday. Instead they probably won't even HAVE my contact info until Tuesday.

Mom is in town helping me look for places and figure out what the hell I'm doing, which is nice. She made me pull out my old SSX Tricky game. Wow, I forgot the awesomeness of it all. And my utter dorkitude, because every time Brodi talks I still grin like an idiot.
