...you're watching Dirty Jobs and the most terrible thing in the episode is when the miners aren't making the host wear safety glasses, none of the crew is wearing safety glasses, and the miners have trouble getting safety glasses for the host. Dude, if I'd been their supervisor I would have been TICKED.

Also, that man is going to die of some lung disease...sooner than later.

at least have goggles on hand for the noobs. that's like just making it too damn easy for osha to come calling "we saw you without goggles on national TV. dumbass."

It was almost as bad as the time he was at the kansas city airport and helping them work on their incinerator. The little elevator thingy that brings the bin of ash up to the surface broke down, so the guy decided to sling some chains around it and bring it up with a crane. Except the bin wasn't made for that, and started to tilt over and almost crashed onto the crew. It was obviously not 'proper procedure.'
