Lately I've remembered my dreams a lot. It used to be that I hardly ever rememebered them. But now it's almost every night. And even stranger, I can figure out exactly what my subconsious was using for grist. Like, the other day when I was watching a lot of the "Ancient Discoveries" show and then reading some of the Wonder Woman scans over at scans daily...I dreamt that I re-created a pair of armbands based on an ancient greek design and using available materials and tech...and they made me super strong. Not that I used them at all during my dream. I made them, and then the rest of my dream involved visiting friends and their new baby.

And then yesterday I talked to a co-worker who had just read an article about bedbugs. And I drempt about giant bugs...the size of schnauzers. They were all oozy and inky so they could squish themselves down to be paper thin and drip their way under windows and doors. Ugh. *shudder*

Ugh! They were so gross! They actually had exo-skeletons, but because they were segmented...more like plate armor that floated on the surface so they could flatten and slide the pieces through the gaps they oozed through.

This does nothing to help my irrational fear of bugs. I used to vaccum up ants because they were hard to squish. And then I was afraid to change out the bag because I was convinced that they were still alive in there, and as soon as I opened it up they would swarm up my arms and eat my eyeballs.
