Thing being that 'sex change for the sake of lover who just changed orientation' is a pretty persistant story because it panders simultaneously to "love conquers all" and "only hot people deserve love".
I've heard it so many times that I'm kinda of hoping that at least one varition of it has actually happened by now.
Well, I dunno about the second one. They never said he was a good looking woman. Although, Japanese men can be awfully pretty. Anyways, I think this would be an awesome manga. I can already think of about 18 ways I could go with it.
I know, I meant it in the way that if the girlfriend is a lesbian she's going to be incapable of finding her boyfriend attractive while he remains a man.
Yet presumably she'll be able to as soon as he acquires feminine physical characteristics, even though his personality and character won't change.
