What's your favourite cheese? Gouda or Pepperjack
What's your favourite fish? Does Octopus count as a fish, or is that the 'What's yor favorite cephelopod' question? If so, Tuna. The sushi kind, not the sea chicken kind.
What's your favourite fruit? Apple
When, if ever, did you start liking olives? I think I've always loved black olives. I get a can of them just for me at Thanksgiving.
When, if ever, did you start liking beer? Why bother when there's alcohol that's both stronger and tastes better?
When, if ever, did you start liking shellfish? Christmas dinner at my house is shrimp. Make what you will of it.
What was the best thing your mum/dad/guardian used to make? Dad makes some good hamburgers, and Mom has a great recipe for Irish Stew.
What's the native specialty of your home town? Detroit would be the patzki I think, for Fat Tuesday. For here in Japan that would be the Yuzu. It's kind of like a cross between a lemon and a lime.
What's your comfort food? Macaroni and Cheese
What's your favourite type of chocolate? dark chocolate, all the way.
How do you like your steak? medium rare to rare
How do you like your burger? medium
How do you like your eggs? scrambled or tamagoyaki style
How do you like your potatoes? Very much. There is no wrong way to make a potato.
How do you take your coffee? Any way it's served, but it's best with cream and sugar.
How do you take your tea? Hm. Black teas with honey. Jasmine tea straight. Green tea can be taken right away. Barley tea and oolong are good either hot or cold.
What's your favourite mug? My Engrish mug. It says "How are you? I'm fine. Bahhhhh!" which is basically any ALT's response to the question after being asked 10 billion times.
What's your biscuit or cookie of choice? chocolate chip.
What's your ideal breakfast? I love breakfast foods, which is surprising since I hardly ever eat it. Pancakes, toast, bacon, eggs, french toast, waffles, fruit, english muffins, muffin muffins, bagels.....any of these and in any order.
What's your ideal sandwich? Simple would be PB&J with potato chips inside. Fancy....I had this ham sandwich with apples in it once that was just to die for.
What's your ideal pizza (topping and base)? I like veggie pizzas. Though at this point I'll take anything without corn.
What's your ideal pie (sweet or savory)? Baker's Square's apple cheesecake pie thing. Any apple pie really. Pumpkin is also high on the list.
What's your ideal salad? something with a honey mustard dressing.

What food do you always like to have in the freezer? ice cream. I don't, hardly ever. But I sure would always LIKE to have ice cream in the freezer.

What piece of kitchen equipment could you not live without? a pot. Spoons are pretty essential too.
