Quality Cat has run out of Quality

Manufacturing is so much like high school it's not even funny. One of our customers sent me a customer complaint, a MAJOR complaint. Except that I didn't think the parts were actually bad. I called them and said so. They said they would double check to see if it's a problem. Then they would call me back.

An hour later I had to contact them to say...

Our Shipping heard from your Shipping that your QC said that the parts were OK. Is this true? Y / N
