When I was little, I thought the line in Joy to the World was "Let every heart prepare him brooms."
This didn't make any sense to me. So a few years later, I decided that the line was "Let every heart prepare him prunes." My mom, when she heard this, almost hurt herself laughing.
She said I wasn't sure why the Lord was coming, but at least I knew he was going to be pretty regular when he got here!
