Incoherency

Well, found out for sure today that my JTE will be transferring at the end of the month. So Mito JHS will be getting a new English teacher come April. My feelings are mixed on this, she's certainly not an exciting teacher to work with....she's very heavy into drills and rote learning and this leaves me with very little presence in the room. But she's a nice person and I enjoy talking to her. And better the devil you know, right?

I guess I'm just feeling a bit guilty since I'll be ditching the new teacher for the first two weeks of school pretty much. And when I DO show it'll be with my parents in tow.

Here's to hoping the new JTE is young, male, and single.
