Monsutaa

I've created a monster.  A weird sort of half-computer literate lurching thing.  It's my boss, and I introduced him to the world of Bittorrent.  It all started innocently enough.

Boss:  Have you seen H2?
Me:  No, what's that?
Boss:  It's a good Japanese TV show.
Me:  No, I'm watching 'Winter Sonata' right now.

Which of course led to me explaining just how I'm watching a Korean TV show, and where I found it with English subtitles.  So I showed him D-Addicts where you can download all kinds of Japanese (and other Asian) TV with bittorrent.  Then I showed him bittorrent.  Next thing I know, he's using the company computer, that doesn't even have a CD burner to download episodes of H2.  It downloaded ok, but it didn't play right...so then I had to introduce him to DivX.....

As Bartok the bat would say, "This can only end in tears" or maybe more like, "And now we're back to the crushing."

I guess it's OK?

Hehehe that is so cute though.

He tried it at home and found that it works much faster (duh) and now that I showed him DivX he can watch his shows. He said he found another show he was looking for, but sadly, it didn't have many episodes up yet.

:D No problem. I got it from Eramundo. Now that I've got a new computer with a big harddrive and a DVD burner, woo baby, I'm gonna take advantage of it!
