Better Luck Next Time

Now that I've made a great big double batch of it, I've remembered that I don't much care for buttercream icing.

I like it in very small quantities. Cakes usually have way too much. Cream cheese frosting, however...om nom nom.

You're not the only one. I used to scrape icing off my cake and leave it by the edge of my plate!
