Ok, so at least I know that the cross posting sort of works, if not the way I'd Like.
In other news I bit the bullet and bought myself a new laptop. On the 13th I will be the proud owner of a refurbished Macbook Pro. It was expensive, but hopefully it will work without constantly giving me annoying problems like forgetting it has a DVD drive or getting hot enough that it shuts itself off. It's been since 98 that my primary computer was a mac. This is going to take some getting used to.
