Once I tell them specifics like "There is only an issue when the wireless is switched on, whether I am playing streaming media or a file that is physically on my harddrive," or "my CPU usage jumps by 10% during the sound stutter," I expect to be taken seriously and for them not to write "Speaker Problem" on my ticket and ignore the report that I include on THEIR form with the computer.
