Deathly Hollows
Yay Neville! Go Neville! Seriously. I was hoping when he killed Nagini that he would have killed Voldemort, but I guess that even without it both boys really fulfilled the prophecy together. My personal fanon now has Neville as Head of Gryffindor.
Ooh, Rowling you tricked me! I figured when George lost an ear that the twins were safe. Though I am glad that Percy is back in the fold. I see him taking over the more boring buisness aspects of Weezley Wizarding Wheezes.
One of the the things that I consistently love about the Harry Potter books is that Rowling isn't afraid to give her characters more complex personalities. I loved that James was a prat. And I love that Dumbledore turned out to have a complicated past as well.
I loved both Lupin's panic over being a father-to-be, and Harry chewing him out.
Long haired Harry!? Noooo! Don't you know a good hair cutting charm? (Although it would have helped disguise-wise)
Hermione having to spell her parents to forget her? Harsh. Totally harsh, and I love Herimone for being able to do it.
I didn't care much for the epilogue, (after OotP I'm convinced Harry needs to be a teacher, he was good at it!!) but I do love Albus Serverus. I hope that if Rowling ever does decide to write more books in the wizarding world that we get to meet up with Albus again.
Ravenclaws have to answer a riddle to get into their common room? LOVE.
Like everyone else, I love BFF Little Severus and Lily. However for some reason I imagine them entirely as Arina Tanemura chibis. Like so. (I have been entirely unsucessful at finding pictures of chibi Noin, who would obviously be Snape.
And there is more, but I will have to think of that later.
